Chocolate Panna Cotta Recipe | How to make Chocolate PannaCotta

 Chocolate Panna Cotta Recipe
Panna Cotta is an Italian Desert prepared using cream, milk ,sugar and set using gelatin. It has a smooth and creamy texture just like pudding. This can be beautifully complimented by rich flavour of chocolate which I have tried to accomplish in here.
I have not got much of a chance to treat mom dad with my cooking skills ;). So I thought why not now when they are here at my home. So here is something special to them. I had less time to do since we were busy with shopping and stuffs. But panna cotta is so easy to prepare and needs very less ingredients. So decided to do this and happy that they liked it.
Here goes chocolate panna cotta for all chocolate lovers...

Chocolate Panna Cotta Recipe
Serves:4
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Fresh Cream (I used Amul Cream)
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
4 tsp Sugar
3 tsp Gelatin
3 Tbsp Water

Method:
1.Take water in a bowl and sprinkle gelatin over the water and keep aside.
2.Heat the milk in deep pan and add sugar to it. When sugar melts add chopped chocolates to it and keep stirring.
3.When chocolate gets melted add cream to it and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
4.Switch off the flame.
5.Microwave the gelatin for 10 seconds or heat it using double boiler (Heat the water in a vessel and hold the gelatin bowl in such a way that it touches water in vessel). It becomes clear solution.
6.Add gelatin to chocolate cream mixture and mix well and allow it to cool down to room temperature.
7.Rinse the serving glasses with water before pouring mixture. It will help to unmould easily. You can even lightly grease with flavorless oil.
8.Once mixture cools down pour into serving glasses/ramekins and cover with aluminum foil and  keep it in refrigerator for 4 hours (or overnight) to set.
9.While Unmoulding hold the glass/ramekins in warm water for 10 seconds and then using knife loosen from sides and unmould or you can eat it directly from glasses :).
10.Garnish with cream, nuts or fruits and enjoy eating :).

Note:
1. While adding gelatin to chocolate cream mixture , both gelatin and mixture should be hot enough. So add gelatin as soon as you finish doing chocolate cream mixture.
